We collect only the information needed to assess and (if engaged) recover your case. That includes the facts of your situation, identity-verification information required by law, and contact details. We do not sell, rent, or share data with marketers.
Submissions through our intake form are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to the team members assigned to your case. Logs are retained for legitimate business and regulatory purposes typically seven years then permanently deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data under UK GDPR and equivalent regimes. Email [email protected].
Use of this website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only on signature of an engagement letter never through the website, email correspondence, or initial call.

Confidentiality is permanent. We never reference, publish, or describe a client matter publicly without that client's written consent — and that consent is voluntary, revocable, and rare.
Where we publish anonymized case studies (see Results), the client has reviewed and approved the wording. Where we cannot anonymize sufficiently to protect the client, we don't publish at all.
Level Plain Pro provides forensic, investigative, and advisory services. Where regulated legal services are required in a jurisdiction, those are delivered by an admitted attorney or solicitor of that jurisdiction sometimes a Level Plain Pro of-counsel attorney, sometimes an external firm we coordinate with.
